From personal experience, it was very challenging to manage the different aspects, entities and caregivers involved in my dad's care for Alzheimer's. When he passed away in 2008, I was even more committed to helping other seniors and their families find the best care solutions for their needs while maintaining their dignity and quality of life. Having worked for over 25 years in the healthcare field, I felt compelled to share my insights and put them to good use for the elderly in my community. There is nothing more precious than family. This is the reason I became a member of the Always Best Care team. A passion for what we do is what drives us at Always Best Care Senior Services. What Makes Us Different

- We are accredited by CHAP (less than 10% of home health agencies are accredited in Palm Beach County).

- We provide senior placement services for seniors interested in independent living, assisted living and adult family homes.

- Unlike Private aides or Nurse registries. Always Best Care has a designated person monitoring the quality or consistency of the care provided.

- We conduct supervisory visits by an RN as required and every 60 days of care.

- We have a Quality Assurance Program consistent with state and accreditation requirements.

- We have liability insurance to cover any "mishap" resulting from the care of our staff. -

- Our coverage far exceeds the liability Insurance limits of Independent contractors hired by other agencies.

- We provide worker's compensation benefits to our staff so the client does not carry the liability if the staff is hurt in your home.

- We provide staff choices to our clients. You can interview candidates and make a selection before the start of their care.

- We were proactive in conducting nationwide background checks before the State stiffened the regulation. We also do a motor vehicle record check going back 3 years.

- We conduct drug testing on all employees.

- We provide health and other fringe benefits to our staff; this helps retain the staff and makes for happy employees.

- Staff is trained in Alzheimer's disease and other dementia disorders. Staff training encompasses 18 to 20 hours per year, which exceeds State requirements of 12 hours per year.
